Maybe, just maybe, I should stop all the impulsive acts -- like driving 341 miles (7.5 hours) AFTER WORK to spend a late night at Death Valley with nothing but moonlight and stars.
Honestly,
I've always wanted to do this -- to see the massive valley under the
moonlight with no trace of another human soul. It was serene, soothing,
as if you're in a different world. There was no sound, all you could hear was the soft winds...
I
took only 1 photo for the entire night, and it was not nearly as good as I'd
hoped... But oh well, my goal is to have a chance, some day, to spend a
quiet night there without my camera!
