I have been deeply troubled by the fact that I am sooooo incredibly busy all the time, and yet, there are still soooooo many things left undone every day!

Among all the STUFF I need to do, one of them is pretty insane.  I literally log all the text messages between me and Michelle into an Excel file so I don't lose them.  In fact, since 6/7/2009, we've had 4,937 messages. Each is documented with the date and time of the message.  I don't understand why on earth I didn't keep the messages before June of 2009... Oh, maybe it was because only when my Blackberry died on me in 2009 did I realize that I'd just lost all my messages!!!  I send the file to Michelle periodically telling her to read it 20 years from now...

My newest patient has esophageal cancer. He was just diagnosed today. He's going to die within the year, 57 years old -:(
