Hello,

As some of you already know, I have decided to leave Alere to pursue other career opportunities.  My last day with Alere is Friday, 1/20/12.

It’s been my pleasure to work with you over the past many years.  Looking back, I am thankful for the opportunities to serve Alere and to work with a group of talented and dedicated people like you.  I am proud that together, we have accomplished so much and made significant contributions to the success of the company.

Please accept my sincere appreciation for your help and support over the past 7 years.  I wish you and Alere the best.

Sunset Spectacular

Do you remember how many times you’ve seen a spectacular sunset?  Maybe too many times to count, maybe so many times that you don't care to count anymore...  I view each sunset as an unique marker of my long journey of life, and thankfully, I still have the curiosity and the interest of trying to capture each and every one of them (when possible). 

The truth is, not a single photographer can recreate the beauty and mystery of Nature!  I told Michelle that I regretted deeply that I did not insist on taking her to see the sunset with me today...  My image is never good enough to bring back the true beauty for her to see and relive the moment.
